Dunning Kruger Effect 達克效應

最近看到一個挺有趣的理論叫達克效應 (Dunning-Kruger Effect)，這個理論大概就是在說那些自我感覺良好的人們。

達克效應是一種認知偏差(cognitive bias)現象，指的是能力欠缺的人在自己欠考慮的決定的基礎上得出錯誤結論，但是無法正確認識到自身的不足，辨別錯誤行為。這些能力欠缺者們沉浸在自我 營造的虛幻的優勢之中，常常高估自己的能力水平，卻無法客觀評價他人的能力。

這讓我想到了之前看過的一篇文章 Your Code Sucks 。

其實我們的社會不都是這樣嗎？ 總是外行領導內行，什麼都不懂的人自我感覺良好，而有真才實學的人卻不敢出聲，反被認為是口條不好能力不足。
